Sphere Magazine reviews Resolution box set

UK's Sphere Magazine says...

"Android Lust is without question one of the world's most fascinating, innovate and disturbing Industrial acts. While there is a strong live presence incorporating a full band, the music is the work of Shikhee — since 1997 this artist has created some truly chilling and evocative sounds that act as the ultimate sound track to inner turmoil and the sonic embodiment of a person's dark side."

Error on "Rarities, Demos and B-Sides" CD

We've realized that there's been an error in the pressing of the bonus disc “Rarities, Demos and B-Sides” for the Resolution box set.

Track 11 “Burnt" is attached to Track 10 “Prisoner”, and not with its own cue point, as it should have been. This sucks. However, good news is that the track is still there!

Track 10 shows up as being 6 mins 45 secs long, which is the combined length of “Prisoner” and “Burnt”. “Burnt” starts exactly at 3:23, so when you rip it to your iPod, you can just rip the track separately.

Here's a quick tutorial using iTunes:

1. Check Track 10
2. Get info on the track
3. Click the “Options” tab
4. For “Prisoner”, check end time as 3:22 and then rip
5. For “Burnt”, check start time as 3:23 and then rip again

AndroidLust.com 5.0 launches

Welcome to newly redesigned AndroidLust.com! I am very excited to launch this site after months of work.

A good portion of the content is now feed driven so it'll be a lot easier to keep everything updated. Also, we now have our own digital store, where you can preview songs in their entirety, and purchase songs/albums straight from us!

The music page has been updated as well with samples from almost every AL song I've ever released.

This site also serves as a hub for all of our social media presence around the web.

Lastly, HUGE thanks go out to Christopher Jon (iparasite.net) and Melyssa Anishnabie (fragilemuse.org) for their development and design help! This site wouldn't be here without their diligent efforts.

Resolution box set pre-orders start Sept 29th

After months of prep work, the box set is almost ready. Everything is off to the plant, and pre-orders start on Sept 29th!

This set will be limited to 250 units and available exclusively through this site. Pre-orders will ship with autographed posters.

The 3rd disc contains some very old tracks, demos, and even some pre-AL tracks. I really enjoyed putting it together. Although a few years ago I would never consider playing these for anyone, I now feel quite differently. It reflects the journey I've been on, and if nothing, it will give you an insight into the growth of a songwriter/producer.

I hope you enjoy it!

Android Lust iPhone app

Android Lust app for iPhone/iPod Touch is live at the iTunes store! The app has music with links to iTunes, videos, blogs, bulletins, and also Twitter posts. It's very cool!

If we have the opportunity to do apps for other devices, we'll certainly look into it. But for now, the AL app is only for the iPhone. Download it, rate it, tell your friends!
